At SnapDark, we are committed to helping you reclaim your sleep. To keep your costs low and our quality high, we offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders across the United States.

1. Shipping Times

Because we ship directly from our specialized manufacturing partners to offer you the best price, our shipping times are as follows:

• United States: 5 – 15 Business Days

• Order Processing: 1 – 3 Business Days

Note: These are estimated delivery times. While 95% of our orders arrive within this window, occasional delays in customs or local postal peak seasons can happen.

2. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed (1–3 business days), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your package directly through our website or via the link provided in your email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive your code.

3. Shipping Method

We primarily use AliExpress Selection Standard (or equivalent premium lines) for all U.S. orders. This ensures your package is handled by reliable carriers and is fully tracked from our warehouse to your front door.

4. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office first. If they cannot locate it, reach out to us at hello@easybear.ai.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will ship a replacement set to you immediately at no extra cost.

5. Customs and Import Taxes

For orders within the United States, you typically will not incur any additional customs fees or import taxes. In the rare event that a charge is applied, the customer is responsible for these costs.
