30-Day Sleep Guarantee & Refund Policy

At EasyBear, we believe the final seal on your curtains is the key to a better night’s rest. If MagSnap™ doesn't provide the blackout results you were looking for, we want to make it right. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Note: Please do not send items back without first requesting a return. We will provide you with the specific instructions and the localized return address once your request is authorized.

Damages and Issues (The "Fast-Track" Fix)

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your MagSnap™ clips are defective, damaged, or the magnets do not hold as promised, please contact us immediately at hello@easybear.ai with a photo of the issue.

  • Our Policy: For damaged or defective items, we will ship a replacement set to you immediately at zero cost—no return of the broken item is necessary.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
